Coach T Hunter

Coach Thomas Hunter was born in St. Louis Missouri where he developed a love for the game of basketball. He had an impressive high school career as one of the leading scorers in the state, and was recruited to play at one of the most prestigious JUCO NJCAA II basketball schools in the country, Danville Area Community College. Danville was/is known for its success in basketball. The school has hosted and won a handful of national championships. Since college Coach Hunter has spent the majority of his time working and supporting his growing family, but continued to do training and small coaching gigs on the side. Coach Hunter was active in multiple Indianapolis basketball communities. He coached in a variety of exposure camps for “In the Gym Hoops” and traveled with a handful of elite Indianapolis AAU teams.

Since starting his official coaching career in 2021-22 he has secured an IHSAA 3A State Championship (2022) as Assistant Varsity Coach,  MICC Middle School Conference Runner Up (2023) as Head Coach, MICC Middle School Conference Champions (2024) as Head Coach, and a Middle School undefeated regular season record (2024) as Head Coach.

Coach Hunter and his wife are excited to welcome athletes into their family’s sports dynasty. They expect Hunter Dynasty Youth Sports to be the ideal competitive/cost friendly option for families in the Indianapolis metropolitan area.
