Details and Important things to remember! (Frequently Asked Questions)

• Individual costs include everything: Jerseys/Gear, Tournament Fees, AAU registration, and trainer/facility fees. (No transportation will be provided to the tourneys/practices etc.) Please keep in mind this is a minimalist club! Players will receive 1 official Jersey and one T-shirt Jersey! (Spirit wear/fan gear will get order forms by middle December for separate purchases!)

• Individual financing plans available, however, standardized policies apply.

• All payments are non-refundable. - half due by first tournament - In full by mid tournament season (suspension policies for nonpayment will apply)

• Practices are on Sundays only Nov. 8 -March! Times will depend on team placement. Practice window 2-7pm @ Christel House SOUTH HS. Once teams are placed, practice timeframe will be announced. 75% attendance required for play time. 

• Tournament schedules will be distributed and posted by the first/middle of December. ALL tournaments are in the metropolitan (Indianapolis Area). Jr. Raiders will be playing at more “feeder tournaments” hosted by area High Schools (including one at Cardinal Ritter HS) and Hunter Dynasty will be playing at Indianapolis area volleyball club tournaments. (Some assignments include Farmers Bank in Lebanon)

• Tournaments will be every other weekend(ish) January through March. There is a possibility there is a tourney the first weekend of April! The season will end by the first of April.

• Please plan for a parent meeting (after 4:00) on November 15 @ Christel House SOUTH HS (Time TBD - please watch EMAIL!). We will review payment policies, liability etc.

• Teams will be organized by a variety of variables. (Jr. Dynasty will be 12u and could possibly include players as young as 11, while Dynasty will be 13u-18u some age groups combined! We will need to work around IHSAA rules (3 players/HS team), balancing positional requests, team skill balances etc. Please understand skill is not the sole deciding factor for what team your athlete is placed on.)

• Team communications will be made through an app called SportsYou! Once teams are placed we will share download/code details. In the beginning, please keep an eye on the emails used with registration for updates! We will also update on our website.

• There will NOT be a trainer on site. Please keep communication lines open in case of an emergency. We will obviously call 911 under extreme circumstances FIRST, but registration phone numbers will be the initial line of contact!

• Please have all registration edocs submitted by November 15.
